U.S. Artists Participate in “From Dream to Decay:” Visual Arts Exhibition in Heraklion

19 October 2017

Visual arts exhibition with artworks that invite the visitors to explore the creative process, research and wandering for artists from dream to decay. October 19 – October 29, 2017, at Lions Square, Heraklion, Crete.

The central approach of this exhibition is to allow the public to enter the mind of the artist, to follow his path from the moment he envisions the artwork: to experience how from the chaotic abyss of the mind with visions, dreams and ideas, comes to life a project, an artwork or an unfinished business.

All the artists that participate in this exhibit show works that have a quality of direct communication with the public. Whether they come from the “utopian” dimension, influenced by sociopolitical change or the interaction with the public these artworks created a new space for observing and thinking through art.
