To celebrate Blanka's 20 year artistic trajectory, from January 6 through March 6, 2016, her work will not be displayed in a single space but rather, it will be showcased in 20 different spaces in Athens; places that she frequents and loves in the city, such as tavernas, book shops, clothing stores, cheese shops, barbershops, art supply stores, as well as unique social projects in her neighborhood.

Field Museum Announces New Exhibition Highlighting Ancient Greece

The Field Museum announced the opening of the exhibition The Greeks: From Agamemnon to Alexander the Great. The exhibition will take visitors on an extraordinary journey through more than 5000 years of Greek culture—from their Neolithic origins to the expansion of Greek culture into Asia and Africa under Alexander the Great. Drawing from the collections of 21 Greek museums, it will be the largest exhibition on the ancient Greeks in North America in 25 years.

Ben Wolf Noam: Field of Ares

The Breeder Residency Program is pleased to present Ben Wolf Noam's exhibition Field of Ares at Romantso Cultural Center in Athens. The exhibition is the result of Ben Wolf Noam's four week residency in Athens and will include works that were produced during that time and reflect his experiences in the city. Ben Wolf Noam is the inagural resident of The Breeder Residency Program, which is curated by Stamatia Dimitrakopoulos. The show also marks the beginning of the collaboration between The Breeder and Romantso Cultural Center.
